Accessibility

Provence AI designs its tools to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This page sets out what we do for the accessibility of our site, where we really stand, and how to reach us if something blocks you.

Our commitment

Accessibility is not a checkbox. Our teams design for it from the start: semantic page structure, full keyboard navigation, visible focus, respect for reduced-motion preferences, verified contrast ratios. We work daily with public services and regulated sectors. Making sure our interfaces work for your users, colleagues and partners matters to us as much as our GDPR compliance or our security certifications. We target WCAG 2.1 AA across the whole site, and AAA on the most critical items (focus rings, main text contrast).

Where we stand today

On 16 May 2026, we ran an internal audit on nine key pages: home, product pages (document processing, fraud detection, security), public sector, contact, legal notices, privacy policy and this page. Method: automated analysis via axe-core 4.10 (WCAG 2.1 AA and best-practice rules), plus checks on heading hierarchy, contrast, focus, landmarks, keyboard navigation and ARIA labels. Result to date: zero violations detected on the nine pages after remediation. Estimated compliance on the 30 priority RGAA criteria: 28 out of 30, i.e. 93 %. The full internal audit report is available on request at .

What's not yet perfect

Several areas were not covered by this internal audit and still need validation: • In-depth testing with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS) on the main user journeys. • Testing on Firefox and Safari browsers (audit performed on Chrome / Chromium). • Internal pages under development (showroom, design experiments) which are not meant for the public. • Embedded contact form (HubSpot technology, compliance depends on the vendor). • Captions and audio descriptions for demo videos if they are added to the site. If you hit a wall on any of these, let us know: your feedback drives our priorities.

Our roadmap

Commitments for 2026: • Q3 2026: user testing with screen readers on three key journeys (product discovery, demo request, contact). • Q3 2026: cross-browser audit on Firefox and Safari, plus 200 % zoom testing. • Q4 2026: formal RGAA conformity statement if our public-sector clients request it. • 2027: external audit by a certified firm if a statement compliant with article 47 of French law 2005-102 becomes required for a public-sector contract. This roadmap evolves with your feedback.

Usage guide

A few reminders to make the most of the site: • Keyboard navigation: Tab to move forward, Shift + Tab to go back, Enter to activate a link or button, Esc to close a menu. A skip link "Skip to main content" appears on the first Tab press from the top of the page. • Screen readers: the site is announced in the page language (lang attribute set per page). Main areas are labelled (header, navigation, main, footer). Headings follow a consistent H1 then H2 then H3 hierarchy. • Reduced motion: if your operating system has the "reduce motion" option enabled (accessibility settings on macOS, Windows or GNOME), animations on the site are automatically disabled. • Contrast and zoom: all body text meets the 4.5:1 ratio (AA standard). You can zoom up to 200 % without loss of functionality. For higher contrast, enable the high-contrast mode of your browser or system. • Shortcuts: no custom keyboard shortcuts are required. Your browser's standard controls (Ctrl + F to search, etc.) work normally.
